It is good to know that Nordika Travel is there when a problem arises...

Hello Nordika Travel Team,

I do not use social media so I am writing this review to give my recognition to Nordika Travel staff and their partners for the excellent service we experienced.
I want to thank everyone, especially Laufey and Disa for their assistance on our trip to Iceland. This was our third trip to Iceland that we booked through Nordika Travel. The previous trips went smoothly and we did not require any assistance. This trip was different.
When we arrived at our first hotel, we learned that our booking was cancelled. We contacted Nordika Travel by email and learned about the cancellation and we quickly had the problem resolved.

A couple of days later, the weather had turned bad and we arrived at a glacier hike that was booked. I sent emails to both the company that the booking was through as well as Nordika Travel. We learned that the hike was cancelled because of the weather. We were given the choice to reschedule or to get a refund. The weather didn't allow for a reschedule so we accepted a refund. Again, this was handled in a very efficient manner.
I can not say enough good things about how these potential problems were handled very quickly by the Nordika Travel Team. It is good to know that Nordika Travel is there when a problem arises and it can be handled quickly.

I am glad that I chose to use Nordika Travel to book my trips to Iceland. I would not hesitate to book another trip or recommend to anyone considering a trip to Iceland to use Nordika Travel.
I want to thank everyone that contributed and extend our appreciation for everyone's efforts to make our experience a very good one.
